N&W will keep you moving down the right path as your own personal nutrition coach. One on one nutritional coaching allows for individualized nutrition risk assessments with meal planning and diet analysis. Each session will run roughly an hour with an initial comprehensive nutrition assessment. Follow up visits will be available to monitor progress and set goals.
Similar to meeting with a Fitness Trainer, N&W can work with individuals on a weekly or monthly basis. Once you have completed the initial consultation, N&W can assess your day-to-day food choices and make suggestions for an improved diet.
Feedback will offer ideas for changes in food choices or portions, meal and snack timing, calorie estimates and weekly averages, and nutrition goals for the week ahead.
